ETHNIC MARKET Asian ethnic business is significantly growing with Grand Holidays throughout these years and we are proud to be one of the top 5 ethnic handling agents in West Coast Bay Area. Our main sources (75%) come from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Asia –American. We also have great business contacts in S. E. Asia. Almost 50 % of our ethnic business is currently handled by our SFO office whereas LAX, NYC and SJC offices take care of the rest. There are around 2,000 ethnic passengers joining various Grand Holidays tour programs out of SFO each year. MAJOR CORPORATE ACCOUNT Grand Holidays is in active contact with the corporate accounts and dedicating our care and profession helping them in planning travel for long or short and making specific arrangement for different nature such as incentive, convention, special interest tours. Approximately 16 % of our company business are full fare revenue coming mostly from our corporate accounts. Our advanced technology and equipment enable Grand Holidays to update our products and provide extra services to the corporate business in a fast and efficient manner |
